Our service includes construction, plasterboarding and plastering. Final decorating and painting are not included and must be arranged separately once the plaster has fully dried.

Flat pack assembly services carry a minimum call-out fee of £400 per job (excluding materials). This fee covers travel, labour and on-site handling. PaxBase reserves the right to decline work estimated below this amount.

Timings vary with room size and complexity, but most installations are completed efficiently after materials and delivery are coordinated. We’ll provide a clear timeline before starting.
Yes. To confirm your project and secure your slot, we require a 25% deposit once the project estimate is agreed.
Yes — all installation work includes a 1-year workmanship warranty and after-sales support from PaxBase. In addition, when compatible components such as PAX wardrobe units are used, they are covered by IKEA’s 10-year limited product warranty (terms apply).
